She is now eight days after her Rhinoplasty (nose job or nose reshaping) procedure. The nasal splint , sometimes referred to as a cast , has just been removed and she is seeing the shape of her “new” nose for the first time. After nasal plastic surgery swelling can persist. It is way to early to tell her final results, but she can see the general improvement in her appearance. The majority of swelling after a cosmetic nose job is resolved by 6 weeks. However, the final refinements, especially in the area of the nasal tip, will take time to manifest.
