Cosmetic Rhinoplasty

This past May, I choose Dr. Steiger confidently to perform a septorhinoplasty and have rejoiced at the results! His aptitude in facial cosmetics, specifically in rhinoplasties, is supported by his educational and surgical background.

I am highly pleased with the individual attention my nose and my expectations received from Dr. Steiger at every appointment, pre- and post-operative. Dr Steiger was thorough in his examination of both external appearance and internal nasal function, asking precise questions of both.

I feel my care was altered to my individual needs and not once did I feel I would receive a “cookie cutter” rhinoplasty, as I may have with other surgeons. Dr. Steiger and I reviewed at length my expectations and what I specifically disliked about my nose and profile. He displayed confidence and professionalism, down to taking notes and measurements during appointments and offering his own surgical opinion on what best would fit my face.

I no longer feel as though every person is taking inventory on my over projected nose, my hanging columella or my bulbous tip. I now function in both business and personal settings with great confidence that my nose matches the rest of my facial features. I even feel more equipped to try different make-up and hair styles because I perceive my facial features are more aesthetically correct! I couldn’t be more happier with my decision for facial cosmetic surgery and choosing Dr. Steiger.

Deep-Plane Face Lift

From our first consultation, I knew I was with the right doctor.

I had previously consulted with four Doctors all of whom were well qualified and highly competent. However, I was not quite comfortable, nor confident that the results of my facial surgery would be what I wanted, although, I was quite specific in what I felt was important for me.

Dr. Steiger, you listened and you specifically showed me what you would achieve for me. Your demeanor and obvious warmth and caring set the tone for complete confidence in your abilities. I was never nervous, only excited and anticipatory, as your explained everything to me, and I knew what to expect before, during and after my procedure.

Six weeks later, I am ecstatic! I now look in the mirror and once again “see myself.”
