Let's highlight some of the changes achieved with her rhinoplasty preocedure. She did not like her appearance on the front photograph view because she felt that the eyebrows and the tip did not coincide or flow properly. This leaves a very ball like apperance to the tip of her nose. In addition, she did not like the hump that was present on the side view (profile) of her nose. The tip of her nose was found to be very droopy and the angle between her upper lip and the tip of her nose was acute (nasolabial angle). She requested that this be lifted.
In the before and after photos, on front view, you see the improvement in her brow tip aesthetic. You see that the tip of her nose is lifted, and does not appear as ball like. It is important to note that the width of her nose was not narrowed because she requested to maintain the ethnic appearance to her nose. A nostril narrowing procedure could have been performed if she desired this change.
On side view you see the improvement in the appearance of her profile with the removal of her nose bump or nasal hump. This is also seen on the three-quarter before and after photographs on both the left and right views.
Finally, at the base view photos you see that the tip is not only more defined and symmetric, it is also more projected.
