She is now eight days after surgery. All of the sutures (stitches) for the face lift are removed on the eighth day. If additional procedures are performed, such as eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty), those sutures are removed at an earlier date. These appointments are arranged for you before surgery. Once the stitches are removed, make-up can be applied to cover any bruising if present.
